New Executive Director at Badminton BC now hired!

The Executive Director Hiring Committee, comprised of Kieran Nair, Cindy Simpson and Jas Kalsi, reviewed 16 applications based on the job description (click here for job description) and agreed on the six interviews to be conducted during the month of March. Applicants were not only from BC but from across Canada. Thank you to all the applicants for showing their interest and taking the time to apply.

- Sits on Badminton Canada's Seeding Committee and Competitions Committee
- Sits on the 2012 Yonex Canada Open Organizing Committee
- Contributor to Badminton Canada's Long Term Athlete Development Model creation
Badminton BC is looking forward to working with Phil officially in this role and trust that in the next few years our organization will grow and flourish. Weekly meetings between Phil and myself have already sped up many of our processes as we transition into our new Board Structure voted on at the AGM in September 2011 (click here to view).
