British Columbian results at the 2012 Junior Nationals

Congratulations to all of the participants of the 2012 Yonex Junior & U23 National Championships. British Columbian athletes came away with 24% of the available medals to be won at the event.
Individual athletes' highlights include Christin Tsai winning gold in U19GS, bronze in U23XD, and gold in U23WD. Of note, along with women's doubles partner Phyllis Chan (who also won silver in U23WS), the U23 women's doubles team win was over Michelle Li and Alexandra Bruce who will be competing for Canada at the upcoming 2012 Olympics in London.
In U16BS, British Columbian athletes Joshua Liu (gold), Melvin Tok (silver), Calvin Che (bronze), and James Ho (bronze) swept the quarterfinals. And in U14 events, Kylie Cheng took home gold in U14GS, silver in U14GD with Jenna Wong, and bronze in U14XD.
