Any applications received prior to the deadline will be reviewed by the Nominations Chair and it will be determined if an election is required.  Any applications received after the deadline will be forwarded to the incoming board for consideration to fill any current or future vacancies.  Thank you to those who have already expressed their interest, and we look forward to seeing you all at the AGM on September 15th.  The confirmed time, location, agenda, and further documentation for the AGM will be sent to all members by September 1st.
