The 2012 Badminton BC Annual General Meeting and Congress will be hosted on September 15th, 2012 at the Vancouver Racquets Club - 4867 Ontario Street, Vancouver, BC V5V 3H4. All current Members in good standing are welcome and encouraged to attend. You will notice in the 2012 AGM Agenda that there will be a congress starting at 9:30am which includes a short open forum and a presentation relating to our recent engagement in our strategic planning process. In preparation for the strategic planning presentation, and to assist Badminton BC in furthering ourselves in the strategic planning process we request that you complete a very short survey prior to the AGM (further member engagement to follow) at: Badminton BC Strategic Planning Survey. If you could also distribute the link to this survey through your personal badminton networks, feedback from as many people as possible is greatly appreciated.
2011-2012 Audited Financial Statements and Report from the Board will be sent out closer to the AGM.
