2010 BC Junior Provincial Championships will be hosted by the Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club - April 9-11, 2010 information and registration now posted at www.bcbadmintonprovincials.ca. We are pleased to announce that following the finals will be a lunch banquet provided to all participants of these Junior Provincials as well as a “Parade of Champions” to honour our 2010 Junior Provincial winners, finalists, and third place finishers . If you are interested in attending the banquet only, participants are able to purchase additional tickets while registering or you may contact the Organizing Committee at info@bcbadmintonprovincials.ca for more details.

Thanks to everyone for registering early. The entry deadline is this Friday April 2nd, so please ensure that your partners and friends have all signed up prior to the deadline. Please note that U12 XD has been combined with U14 XD due to not enough registrants for a draw in U12. It is requested that players check in with the starters desk at least 30 minutes prior to their match, both the 10 minute default rule and 3 minute on court warm-ups will be strictly enforced. Reminder that the Vancouver Lawn Tennis and Badminton Club has a 90% white attire rule that will also be strictly enforced (grey and off-white will not be allowed) including warm up attire. An email has been sent out to all participants who did not mention if they would or would not be attending the lunch on Sunday, please reply to that email by noon on Friday so that we can provide final numbers to catering.
