The BC Junior B (North East) Circuit #2 - 2019 Kelowna Junior B Tournament will be hosted by and held at Kelowna Badminton Club in Kelowna on March 1-3, 2019. This event will be the second BC Junior B North East Circuit Series tournament of the 2018-2019 season. Junior B events are non-ranking point series.
