2009 Pan American Junior Championships

Badminton Canada has named Jeff White as the Team Canada coach for the 2009 Pan American Junior Championships. The event will take place August 17-23, 2009 in Guaynabo City, Puerto Rico at the Centro Nacional de Badminton.
Badminton BC would like to congratulate the following British Columbians who have been sent invitations to represent Canada at the Junior Pan Ams:
- Team Event - Clinton Wong, Nathan Choi, and Christin Tsai
- U19 GS - Sarah Kong & Jessica Leung
- U19 GD - Jessica Leung, Sarah Kong (alternate), and Christin Tsai (alternate)
- U19 XD - Dennis Cheng & Powin Lau (alternates), and Jessica Leung (alternate)
- U17 BS - Clinton Wong
- U17 GS - Christin Tsai
