This is the 30 day notice for the 2023 Annual General Meeting. This year’s AGM will be held at Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club following the Best of BC Awards. The details are as follows:

Further, this is to notify the membership of the appointment of the Nominations Committee and a “Call for Nominations” to be received no later than 21 (twenty-one) days prior to the September 16th Annual General Meeting.
As per the Terms of Reference of the committee, the BBC Nominations Committee is responsible for presenting a slate of nominees to the members ensuring the Society is governed with excellence and vision. The Nominations Package can be found in the 2023 AGM Package above.
The completed nomination form must be submitted by email to nominations@badmintonbc.com, or by mail to Cambie RPO, PO Box 32046, Richmond, BC, V6X 3R9, before the deadline of 11:59 PM, PDT on August 26th, 2023.
