Cindy Simpson has been appointed the Chair of the Nomination Committee for the upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held Saturday, September 25th, 2010. Secretary Ron Jordan and Zone 6S Director Mary-Jo Randall will sit on this committee with Cindy.

There are four Director positions up for election* for a two-year term and one position for a one-year term.
*Please note: Once elected as a Director, the Board decides, as a group after the AGM, on what position each Director will hold. These positions are:
President, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice-President-Competitions, Vice-President-Officials; Vice-President, High Performance; Vice President-Masters; Vice-President-Sport Development.
As well, the following zones have Zone Director positions (formerly Zone Representative) open for a two-year appointment:
• Zone 1 - currently held by Colin Sherk of Cranbrook
• Zone 3 - currently held by Sarah McMaster of Surrey
• Zone 6N - currently held by Mike Clark of Nanaimo
• Zone 8 - currently held by Patty Wadson of Prince George
In addition, Zone 2 has a current vacancy for a one-year term.
