Constitution & Bylaws
At the September 2011 Annual General Meeting, resolutions were made to alter Badminton BC's Constitution & Bylaws. These resolutions have resulted in a change in Badminton BC's current Governance Model. Where there had previously been seventeen (17) Board of Directors, comprising eight (8) Executive Committee Members and nine (9) Zone Directors, the Board is now comprised of eight (8) Directors.
