2009 Canadian National University/College Championships Tournament Results and Information Form

Badminton Canada and Badminton BC hosted the 2009 Canadian National University/College Championships this past weekend May 15-17, 2009 at the RichmondPro Badminton Centre in Richmond, BC.  The 2009 Canadian National University/College Championships Results are now available for viewing.

Congratulations to the following British Columbian winners of the 2009 Canadian National University/College Championships:

  • MS Gold - Shawn Zhang (Douglas College)
  • MD Gold - Andy Li (Douglas College)/Shawn Zhang (Douglas College)
  • WD Silver - Crystal Chow (Douglas College)/Jessy Sung (Douglas College)
  • XD Silver - Andy Li (Douglas College)/Crystal Chow (Douglas College)
  • Team Event Gold - Douglas College

This is only the third year for this new tournament. The first year it was held in Laval and the second year at the University of Waterloo.  It is a coming together for the University and College Badminton communities across the country.
