7-DAY OFFICIAL NOTICE 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

August 29 2025 - 7-DAY NOTICE is hereby given to all members of Badminton BC. The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held Friday, September 5, 2024 at 7:00 PM Pacific Time both in-person at Vancouver Racquets Club, 4867 Ontario Street, Vancouver, BC V5V 3H4 and online. Thank you to all that have registered so far.
Registration for the AGM has been EXTENDED and will re-open at 11:59 PM Friday, August 29 2025!
Registration will close 11:59 PM Sunday, August 31 2025.
Both registration for the AGM and a valid 2025–2026 membership must now be completed by Sunday, August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT in order to attend the meeting and be eligible to vote. If you are having difficulties with renewing your membership please email members@badmintonbc.com.

ONLINE ATTENDEES
The meeting link will be sent to you closer to the meeting date.
PARKING
The parking lot at the Vancouver Racquets Club is reserved for members only. There is street parking and a lot next to the stadium available for attendees.
