James has built his career around sport, education, and leadership, with over a decade of experience in athletics and recreation management across schools, universities, and private clubs. His journey has included leadership roles at a multi-sport club in Metro Vancouver and at international schools in the Middle East.
Throughout his career, James has overseen large multidisciplinary teams, facility operations, and diverse programs in sport, fitness, and youth engagement. With academic credentials in Sport Science, he is passionate about developing inclusive, high-quality sport opportunities and fostering community through active participation and collaboration

Nikzad brings extensive experience in badminton operations, tournament delivery, and sport governance. He has worked at national and high-performance levels, including serving as a National Team Head Coach, and brings a strong understanding of competition pathways and stakeholder coordination.
Nik holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Surrey (UK) and is committed to delivering well-organized, positive competition experiences for the badminton community across British Columbia.

With a strong foundation in serving the community, Katrina is excited to incorporate her professional experience with her deep-rooted passion for the sport. She has been playing badminton for over 18 years and looks forward to supporting the community that she has been a part of for so long.
