2020 Shuttlesport Junior A – BC Junior A Series Event #5
ANY PARENTS THAT ARE ILL AND SHOW SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO NOT PARTICIPATE IN SPECTATING THE TOURNAMENT. IF NECESSARY, THE HOST VENUE AND OUR REFEREES HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE PREMISE AT ANY TIME.
Due to COVID-19 recent development, we will allow for the following exceptions:
- If you have travelled to these following country and recently returned from your trip: - China, Japan, and South Korea
- If you can provide proof of travel document that is within 14 days, Shuttlesport will provide full refund to the player (as the host and BBC would like to keep other players safe as a precaution measure)
- If you have an illness and you are able to produce a medical note before the 1 day in advance deadline (24 hours) – you can get a full refund as mentioned in point 3.
- If you have missed the deadline to submit the medical note prior to the 24 hours deadline, BBC and Host will make an exception to this one time due to the current health scare. Withdrawal from an event due to a partner medical illness will receive 50% refund for that event provided they are not reassigned/ or request another partner already registered for the tournament. Withdrawal due to a medical issue, but passed the deadline submission will receive a 50% refund provided a signed physician note is received by Badminton BC staff.
