Each year, the top male and female athlete in each of the 45 sports in the BC Athlete Assistance Program are honoured by the Premier and Minister responsible for Sport at the Premier's Athletic Awards. These awards honour athletes who, through their commitment to excellence, hard work and determination, leave their mark on sport in BC. This year, Alice Man and Chris Lee received the awards for Badminton.
